    lunch for two – Salmon Ponzu Poke with Irish Wild Salmon.

    Charred some shallots on the BBQ then pickled them with rice wine vinegar, also made some pickled cucumber from the course.

    Bresaola en forma de tortelini.

    Esta rellena de queso crema, cebollino y nueces, unas gotas de vinagre de modena, por encima queso rayado parmesano y en lascas.
