what a treat those bars are, Mercedes! The “dubai” filling sounds like something full of surprises and flavor, and that combination with chopped pistachios and milk chocolate on top is pure crunchy love! ✨ The decorative touch with the chocolate threads makes them look super tempting and full of personality.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful work with the community, it’s nice to see such creative proposals!
could you tell us a little more about what’s in the dubai filling? It has a name that sounds like an exotic trip and it intrigues me a lot!
keep sharing! I can’t wait to see what else you bring over here – do you already have other fillings in mind for future tablets? 🍫✨

Okay, now we’re stepping into luxury mode. ✨ Your milk chocolate bars with Dubai filling and pistachio topping sound like the kind of treat you’d find behind a velvet rope in some boutique chocolatier in the Middle East. This sounds like a perfect handmade gift or a signature bite to serve with mint tea after dinner.

this is a real chocolaty gem! 🍫 The impeccable geometry of the tablet, the brightness of the tempering and that *crunch* promised by the chopped pistachios… it all screams technique and good taste! Does the Dubai filling have any particular spice or nut that enhances the aromatic profile of the milk chocolate? I fell in love with that filling😉.
