Hola estoy en las practicas de fermentados, muy feliz con mi kefir y mi kombucha… Y arriesgandome a algo más. Les dejo mi super CHUCRUT… La mejor forma de evitar de usar los sobrantes de tus vegetales o evitar q se malogren es fermentadolos. Bendiciones 🙃

La segunda versión de la Sopa fría de remolacha, sandia y tomate pero ahora en cucharitas. Rizar el rizo y dar otra nueva vida a un plato ya reutilizado es posible. Volver a ilusionarte con algo nuevo cuando ya lo has comido, pero de otra manera…

Chicken and Mushroom stir-fry
This really was a way to use up all kinds of bits from the fridge. I had leftover cooked chicken and half a punnet of mushrooms. I also had some red peppers that were going soft and needed to be used. I added onion slices and I always keep egg noodles in the freezer.

I fell in love with Patatas Bravas in New Mexico so I had to recreate. I got the potatoes super crispy in the air fryer and had enough salsa brava left over to serve beside the garlic aioli! Perfect football watching snack.

The first of many molds. Jesus Escalera’s Course on mold making was great and motivating. I’ve had ideas for years and I don’t know why I took so long to try making my own. I had a third pepper but it floated up in the beginning. These 2 worked out great. No problem getting the peppers out and I glued the bottoms where the peppers curled up so…
