Alcachofas confitadas con gambas al ajillo
Mi abuela decía que las alcachofas y las gambas eran muy buenas amigas y si van acompañadas de ajo, perejil y un buen AOVE ya tocas el cielo.

I’m seriously considering learning French. 🙂
I’m so passionate about the French Pastry Techniques course and have fallen deeply in love with the variety of creams and pastries.
Yesterday, I made this Tarte au Citron. It wasn’t 100% perfect, but I truly enjoyed making it.

Grilled and filled avocado 🥑. A idea from the course of Dani Garcia – Mediterranean cuisine.
(Filling with feta, paprika, shallot… didn’t use coriander pesto but normal basil pesto, not everyone one likes coriander, probably will use some salmon or serranoham as well in the filling next time)
