Fantastic doughs

I loved the idea of using cornstarch to make puff pastry and using pumpkin (or beets) in the dough

Interesting to learn about empanadas

Good course overall but felt like it could have been structured differently. A lot of the steps were repetitive, and once you learned how to fill and shape the empanadas, the rest were just variations on the theme. Course could have been a little more streamlined, I think.

A great dive into empanadas
