Brilliant cakes but missing parts.
The course is generally good, being Ovando a great professional. The problem is sometimes he's rushing way too much and some crucial parts are not totally clear. The only big mistake is the FINANCIER BISCUIT part in the vuitton bag recipe wich is totally missing (the video shows him putting the batter directly into molds to be cooled
