    Crinkle de limão sem glúten

    150g açúcar

    70g manteiga

    2 ovos

    Sumo de um limão

    Raspas de de 2 limões

    Juntar tudo e deixar repousar 30 minutos.

    250g de farinha sem glúten

    1/2 colher de sopa de xantana

    2g de sal

    2g fermento

    Aroma de baunilha (opcional)

    Juntar o primeiro preparado aos restantes ingredientes e bater até formar uma massa homogénea.

    Estuve viendo el curso de Cafés Cold Brew e investigando vi que también se utilizada esta técnica para el Té así que probé con los tes que tenía en casa.

    Uno es con Té Negro a la Naranja y el otro es Té Negro con Frutos del Bosque.

    Una forma de tomar Té frío para los días de calor.

  • My cabbage kimchi has been prepared and placed inside a special kimchi fermentation container. It won’t start fermenting for a while, so now I just have to wait. You can eat it “fresh”, but you won’t benefit from the live cultures created through fermentation.

  • It’s kimchi day at my house today! Remember that Scoolinary has a course on fermented foods, including a basic kimchi recipe. You can’t get the benefits of fermentation from canned or jarred kimchi, as the processing kills the live cultures. It’s easy to make at home, though!
