    Pulpo con Mousse de Aguacate y Escalonias Confitadas

    La mousse suave que junto al pulpo marcado en la sarten con un buen aove y las escalonias confitadas, la pimienta rosa y la sal negra, el cebollino … Cada pieza cocinada y colocada en el plato era un mero disfrute. Cada bocado, especial y lleno de sabor.

    Un plato que hice hace tiempo y disfruté mucho.

  • I haven’t checked out any of the American cuisine classes yet because, well, not much will be new to me in there. However, if there’s not a gumbo lesson in the mix, there probably needs to be! Spicy chicken and andouille sausage gumbo with crispy chicken skin 😋
