The combination of the anchovies in vinegar with the salted anchovy is always a hit, but I like how you serve them two different ways. Do you notice any difference in texture or flavor when you use the bagel instead of the slice of bread? I imagine the slaw also adds an interesting creamy touch. La combinación del boquerón en vinagre con la anchoa en salazón siempre es un éxito, pero me gusta cómo los sirves de dos formas distintas. ¿Notas alguna diferencia en la textura o el sabor cuando usas la rosquilla de pan en vez de la rebanada?
