  • Buenas noches, hoy preparé este cóctel clarificado en casa, use un blend de whiskys Glenfiddich y Johnnie Walker Black/ con Ron flor de caña 12 años, acompañado de mensi/ hoysin/ vinagre balsámico/ melón y óleo de plátano, que les parece, acepto feedback.

  • I forgot to share the final dish! To us it’s known as chicken riggies but I thinK it’s another regional favorite. So think chicken tossed in a tomato cream sauce with a LOT of spicy peppers (plus some roasted red peppers to mellow it out)
