    Compared to the first this looks quite more elegant and tidy to me, even tho it has imperfections due to the fact that i wasnt home and i had to carry the preps and plate without my instruments.

    Este verano trabajé unos días en un restaurante. de playa y un camarero me trajo este ejemplar que lo acababa de pescar y me dijo que lo cocinara para el personal. No se que pez es, pero acompañado de un poco de limón y alioli quedó espectacular.
