Tiramisu: The classic Italian layered dessert made with homemade savoiardi soaked in espresso syrup, mascarpone mousse, and dusted with cocoa. A balance of creamy, airy, and coffee-infused flavors.
Pasticciotti: Traditional small tarts made with pasta frolla (shortcrust pastry), filled with rich lemon-scented pastry cream and baked until golden, finished with powdered sugar.
Maritozzi: Soft and fluffy sweet buns flavored with orange zest and vanilla, soaked in rum syrup, and filled with pastry cream and sweet whipped panna for a decadent Roman specialty.
Delizia di Limone: A delicate lemon dome dessert featuring ladyfinger sponge, lemon pastry cream, lemon curd, whipped lemon cream, and limoncello syrup, glazed and garnished with zest for a refreshing finish.
Chocolate Espresso Panna Cotta: A silky cream-based dessert infused with espresso, cocoa, and dark chocolate, set with gelatin and topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Cannoli: Crisp fried pastry shells filled with sweet ricotta cream enriched with vanilla, citron, and chocolate chips, traditionally garnished with pistachios, candied orange, and powdered sugar.
