Damien founded Edible Art Patisserie Limited, which was incorporated in December 2017. He agreed on a deal to launch his debut book 'Edible Art' in October 2019, which has currently sold in 43 countries worldwide in hardcover & numerous others in e-book format.
Damien's social media following has no doubt had a positive effect and been a driving factor in his success. Numerous articles and features in top magazines such as ‘Chef’, ‘Olive’ & ‘House of Coco’, as well as being nominated for 'Young Chef of the Year' at the 2018 Restaurant Awards in a category brimming with talent, have certainly propelled him onto the radars of many chefs and critics.
Damien released his second published project, ‘Breaking the Mould’, in March 2021 with a third set to follow, all three of which are available to order through Barcelona based ‘Books for Chefs’.
Damien opened his first flagship patisserie under the Edible Art banner in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham - with his second shop swiftly following, situated in the city of Bath, which opened on September 18th 2021. Recently, Damien agreed a deal with the internationally known brand ‘Harvey Nichols’ that led to the opening of his third location in Bristol, United Kingdom in March 2023.
