Informative course on sustainability, healthy foods, and chemical-free recipes

A variety of techniques and processes using a dehydrator are covered. Every recipe emphasizes a healthy way to obtain nutrition using unprocessed ingredients. From this course, I have changed my way of thinking when using ingredients.
