thai course

The course was enjoyable, but I was expecting something better. The cook in the videos was a bit uncertain in her movements, as if she wasn't used to being in the kitchen. Anyway, it was useful to learn the basic dynamics of thai cuisine.

Tasty Dishes annoying music.

Most annoying course but Ironically the dishes I most want to cook. Music is painful and repeats every few seconds non stop. The course is really slow paced and can't believe I watched so much vegetable peeling and mortar and pestle usage. When you speed up the playback to x1.5 then the music gets even more annoying. Great chef who is obviously is a master of Thai food. Great dishes.

Interesting course for begginers

Nice course, IHMO dedicated to people who don't have experience with thai cuisine. What I missed - some more detailed information about some steps that were done. Chef was just doing something without deeper explanation.
