We will prepare more than 20 cookie recipes, from classic butter cookies to versions filled with delicious citrus flavors, such as orange or mandarin. You will learn the step-by-step process to create the perfect dough, mastering the techniques necessary to achieve the traditional texture and flavor as well as more creative versions.
We’ll explore a variety of doughs and fillings, including sweet, savory and gluten-free options, plus methods for achieving the crisp, soft and fluffy textures that make each cookie unique.
