What you'll learn
There are only a few steps to make a good pizza, but each one must be mastered to achieve a great result. In this course, the Figurato Brothers will teach you the secrets behind a great Neapolitan pizza dough.
You will learn to select your flour, knead your dough by hand and with a machine, and to make your dough using direct or indirect methods. You will see how to ferment your dough in cold and at room temperature.
You will learn to stretch your own Neapolitan and sheet pan pizzas. If you do not have a Neapolitan pizza oven, the Figurato Brothers have got you covered with their technique for baking Neapolitan pizza in a domestic oven at 340 C.
Finally, you will discover traditional Neapolitan street food recipes, such as Pizza Frita and Montanarine.
