Reinventing the Classics
In this course you’ll learn techniques for reimagining classic comfort foods into innovative, restaurant-worthy dishes. Dan will guide you through the process of deconstructing familiar recipes and reconstructing them with creative twists, elevating simple comfort foods to gourmet status.
This course will empower you to think creatively about ingredients and flavor pairings, encouraging you to trust your instincts and take culinary risks.
You’ll create Bulgogi Burrito, fusing Korean barbecue with Mexican wrap techniques. You’ll master Pad Gra Prow Sloppy Joes, bringing Thai street food flavors to an American comfort food staple. And you’ll even learn to make Crispy Pickle Pancakes, a unique twist on savory flapjacks.
By the end of this course, you’ll have a new perspective on cooking, armed with the knowledge and techniques to transform ordinary meals into extraordinary culinary experiences.
