      🇲🇽#MexicanChallenge:

      This month we travel to the heart of Mexico with chef Paloma Ortiz, a reference in traditional flavors and new interpretations. Her gaze unites the ancestral with contemporary freshness, taking Mexican cuisine to a level that celebrates both its roots and its current vitality.

      🎯 The #MexicanChallenge consists of recreating one or more recipes from his courses:

      We want you to show your mastery of sauces, the intensity of chiles, the balance between textures and, of course, your creativity to honor this culinary heritage.

      📌 To participate, upload a photo of your finished preparation, add a brief comment about what part of the process challenged you the most and share your experience with the hashtag #MexicanChallenge. Clarify if you are a professional or amateur.

      🏆 Only one person will win 250 scoolipoints and an exclusive badge. We will have two special mentions that will get 100 scoolipoints each. And all the standouts will have the opportunity to participate in a Masterclass with chef Paloma Ortiz.

      ⏰ You have time to upload your posts from October 1 to 31 (23:59 CET).

      Get inspired by her courses and Mexico’s gastronomic legacy, from street tacos to Day of the Dead ceremonial cuisine.

      let the fiesta of flavors begin, Scoolinars! 🌮🔥

              I have a question… ☺ is it acceptable for the #MexicanChallenge to use local ingredients and adapt the dishes from the courses if we don’t have all the authentic Mexican products? And in that case, can we also be creative with our version, or should we stick strictly to the original recipes?

                @lanamihajlovic Absolutely yes! 😊
                You can adapt with local ingredients if you can’t find the original ones — we totally understand that not everyone has access to all Mexican products. Just try to stick to the core of the recipe as much as possible, since Chef Paloma Ortiz will be judging the challenge based on technique and respect for the dish.
                That said… a little creative twist is more than welcome 🌶️✨ Surprises that show personality and intention always stand out!
                We can’t wait to see your version — bring on the Serbian-Mexican fusion! 💥

                  @soldamiani De momento estoy mirando los cursos y anotando algunas que me llaman la atención. El pan de muerto siempre me gustó verlo por las redes.. ya veremos y también tengo calabaza en casa .. 😉

                  Aunque algún ingrediente tendré que sustituir si no lo encuentro por aqui.. intentaré respetar las recetas lo mejor que pueda.

                    ✨ Coming back to the kitchen ✨

                    It’s been a while since I last shared something here.
                    This year has been full of challenges, changes, and moments when I simply lost my creative energy.

                    Cooking and plating have always been my way to express myself — but when your heart is heavy or your mind is busy fixing things, it’s hard to cook with soul.

                    Of course, I kept cooking every day, but without the spark… without the joy of plating beautifully and capturing the moment.

                    Now I feel ready to return — one dish, one photo at a time — because cooking is my language, my therapy, my passion. ❤️

                      @orsolya-csernak Welcome back, Orsi💫
                      Your words hit deep — it’s powerful (and so human) how you’ve turned the quiet into a comeback, one heartfelt spoon at a time. This broth looks rich, honest, and full of soul — just like your journey back to creativity.
                      And… if this is your return dish, imagine what’s coming next! 😉
                      If you feel ready, we’d love to see you join the #MexicanChallenge — you’ve got until tonight at 23:59 CET to post! Let’s celebrate your return with sabor y comunidad 🌶️🇲🇽
