Acabo de hacer, hace unos días, un viaje express a Valencia. Sin tiempo para nada, casi ni comer… Pero pasé por delante de un horno tradicional y no pude resistir a comprar este postre tradicional: coca de cabello de ángel.

Arroz salteado con Kimchi, según propuesta del Chef Víctor Cuenca del Río de su curso Recetas con Kimchi. Huevos de corral, las yemas resistieron la tensión sin problema. Sencillo y sabroso.

Random Tuesday Rabbit
I need to use everything up before the weekend, so I threw garlic, green pepper, tomatoes, and red cabbage into a pan with rabbit legs, and added sriracha for a kick. Served with a piece of cheesy puff pastry.
