    Red Cabbage Powder and Paper

Today I’m sharing the recipe for making red cabbage powder and paper from my #purple series.

The ones you see in previous recipes were made by slightly drying out the paste left over from curing fish to make use of it; I spread it out thinly on a Silpat, and it took longer to dehydrate. This is how it turned out after…

    Cod fritters.

When it comes to making tapas, I usually go for the traditional ones, and what could be more traditional than some good cod fritters? I sold all the batter I made on Friday morning. It’s satisfying to put in the work and have people show their appreciation by finishing the entire batch. That said, they weren’t exactly small.

I made sour cherry jam for the first time! 😊 I started with a small batch, just to test the process and see how it would turn out. And honestly, I’m really happy with the result. The flavor is beautiful, fruity, slightly tangy, and full of that lovely sour cherry aroma.

It turned out great for a first try, but I already know I’ll adjust a few… Read more

  • I made my favourite cake, Sachertorte into macaron. 😍 It is a chocolate macaron filled with dark chocolate ganache and apricot jam, and has the same characteristic taste as the original bake. Will definitely make it again!
