Según la charla que dió Ricardo la masa de pizza se puede congelar. Puso de ejemplo si queremos pizza el viernes a la 8pm, se saca la masa del congelador a la nevera el jueves y el viernes a temperatura ambiente. ¿Pero cuanto tiempo puede estar en temperatura ambiente?
