Ensalada de frijoles:
Muy sana y rica.
Medio bote de alubias cocidas pintas
Brocoli, Maíz, cebolla fresca y aceitunas. Todo al gusto. Vinagreta de aceite oliva virgen extra aromatizado de tomillo, naranja, unas gotas de limon y vinagre de manzana. Sal y Comino.

Do not make the same mistake like I did🫣 In making Pil pil, I misunderstood about the making of it. Big time! Just finished making Cordon bleu by chef Vivien Durand. Had the video on while preparing it. Did quartering of the whole chix, cannot believe I can do it. It is a lot of photos but I could never be proud of myself for achieving this.
