        oh yes, I saw the announcement on Instragram yesterday. I’m superexcited about this course 🙂 I love that shinny Sacher cake a lot!!!…. and the carrot cake too 🤣

              @soldamiani They really are!!! I have just watched the Sacher capter. I can’t wait to make it… however, I have some questions, too… for example, what did he spray on the chocolate decoration to make it velvet? 🙂

                  Hi @orsolya-csernak

                  To achieve that velvety effect on desserts or chocolate decorations, a combination of cocoa butter and melted chocolate is used. This mixture is then placed inside a compressor machine or an airbrush designed for chocolate work. When the liquid chocolate is sprayed out by the force of the air, it gives the chocolate a velvety finish.🙂

            • I’m trying to make myself cook more savory food because I need to eat better but I’m sure I’ll be making something for this one.

                Which one tempts you the most, @Enzo.ryan.finney ?

                • @soldamiani So I’m more tempted by a project than a treat, probably because I work in pastry and taste a lot of treats! So I want to try the carrot cake, because I’ve never really liked it that much until I had one that was truly memorable. I want to see if this recipe gets close to the one that blew me away and if not, I might try to tweak it.

                • @orsolya-csernak Oh same here, I usually make other people eat but as you kno, yo taste everything! I hardly ever eat a proper plate of food. I’m just always tasting!!! 🙂
