    Probando un molde nuevo. 🤓

    Mouse de caramelo, bizcocho de vainilla y cremoso tofee. 🍰

    Esto es una prueba que hice hace un par de dias. Hacia tanto calor que el rulo de chocolate se rompio en cuanto lo toque, y todavía tengo la duda de si el color negro es demasiado negro. 🤔

    me encantaría saber que opinan sobre una tarta tan negra.

    Pocos ingredientes pero de la mayor calidad.

    Trying out more than just a bi-colour Croissant.

    Regular recipe, used a blue food colour for the main dough, red for the bi-colour layer.

    The main dough turned out purple. 🤣

    One day, I’d like to get each wall of the honeycomb to be a different colour.

    Might be a challenge to do that. 😳😁

    The end of summer in Hungary is all about tomatoes and peppers, so yesterday, I prepared Lecsó (letcho) made with onions, tomatoes, and yellow peppers. To give it a beautiful, vivid red color, we use paprika (the sweet kind 🌶).

    Do you use paprika? Sweet or spicy?
