  • Como no sé si antes lo he hecho bien, vuelvo a subir la pavlova ya terminada.

    Pavlova de mango y coco. Está rellena de curd de mango y la “nata” está hecha con crema de coco batida.

    Alfajores de cocina básica en casa: postres clásicos peruanos. 😋 sencillo y delicioso.

    Para el dulce de leche hervi al baño maria un tarro de 1kl de leche condensada durante 4 horas, quedo de maravilla!

  • Finally the rainy has stopped so it’s grilling time! Grilled steak, potatoes and fresh snap peas. This was my first time making a balsamic reduction to drizzle on the steak and I can’t believe the extra flavor it brought out.

  • My daughter was sick today, so I immediately made some chicken noodle soup. I love the vibrant colours of the mirepoix. There’s nothing like fresh food made with love to restore body and soul.
