    En el curso del Chef Diego López, El Pulpo: Técnicas y Recetas, se sugiere utilizar el caldo de la cocción para un risotto.

    Hicimos pues Risotto en caldo de pulpo con frutos de mar. Lo acompañamos con pesto y un AOVE que encontré donde el pulpo y que es una verdadera delicia, de nombre Oleum Excelsus.

  • I’ll just confess I dropped a couple while plating, but these potato stacks were such a great compliment to my Parmesan breaded chicken. It was the layers of butter, thyme, parsley, and garlic. I’ll absolutely make them again.

    Tarta Flan de Queso al Caramelo con Tierra de Lotus.

    Es un postre que hago mucho en casa, sobre todo si tengo prisa. Esta vez lo presenté con una tierra de galleta y mantequilla que hace una combinación perfecta. Os dejo la receta que hago con Thermomix. Si la queréis en forma tradicional, no tenéis mas que decírmelo y os la busco.

    Some nice decoration with flavor!

    My first attempt and really very satisfied. The black color is from the squid ink so ideal for fish dishes.
