Baklava and cheesecake together…basically a fusion with license to make you forget about dieting. 😅
I like how the layers are well defined, the crunchy texture of the phyllo on top must give a brutal contrast to the creaminess of the cheese.
Now the question is: how did you manage to keep the syrup from making the base too soggy? That balance between juicy and crunchy is not easy to achieve, it looks spectacular!

Baklava y tarta de queso juntos… básicamente una fusión con licencia para hacerte olvidar la dieta. 😅
Me gusta cómo las capas están bien definidas, la textura crujiente del filo arriba debe darle un contraste brutal a la cremosidad del queso.
Ahora la pregunta es: ¿cómo lograste que el sirope no empapara demasiado la base? Ese equilibrio entre jugoso y crocante no es fácil de conseguir. ¡Se ve espectacular!
