    Estos día he empezado con el curso de pannetone y ahora mismo estoy trabajado con la masa madre o levito.

    Y como no queria tirar nada de lamasa madre , estos dias he estado preparando diferentes panes.

    Este en concreto es del curso de panes caseros. Lo único que cambie fue la levadura y la leche de la esponja por la masa madre.
