How does the type of pan (non-stick vs. stainless steel vs. other surfaces) affect the searing, texture, and moisture retention of a chicken breast? or there is not a significant difference ?

Este aperitivo de pani puri, no esta muy bonito presentado, pero si muy bueno.
El relleno es de gildas trituradas con un aceite de gilda.
El pimiento son unas alegrías riojanas, muy, muy picantes.

Arroz al horno.
Caldo de cocido, costillas, patatas, morcilla, cabeza de ajos, tomate y arroz, garbanzos.
Un plato contundente, primero las costillas y patatas se fríen un poquito afuera y después todo se mete al horno y en unos 20 minutos se terminan de cocinar
