Overall Impressions

This was my first course with Scoolinary and I will say it was pretty well done. The only thing I would say, that some of the recipes could have used ingredients a little simpler for home cooks and the cooking techniques could have been explained a little better, but I'm still giving the class 5 stars because I after watching the course my base rissioto was the best it has been in years.
