Valid alternative to cook inside the house

what you do with the filling? what sign you put on the oven? ( fan up and down, up and down only?) how do you cut the turkey for presenting it?

Hellpfull, i enjoyed it

Only problem i faced is the explanation on which program he uses in the oven , I guess up and down on all of it, Plus he could explain when we use different Sign in the domestic ovens, in which conditions
