What I loved most: The dough was absolutely incredible — the flavor was amazing, and it was the most successful cinnamon roll dough I’ve ever made compared to all the recipes I’ve tried before. Truly outstanding in both texture and taste. What I liked less: I only tried the classic filling. During baking, the filling spread quite a bit in the pan, even though I used the same measurements.
