Pastry instructor Dina Alsina trained at top culinary schools and worked at one of the best pastry shops in Barcelona. Usan un queso muy específico de España, la chef casi no explica los ingredientes y no te dice cómo sustituirlo si no vives ahí, aparte que la receta final literal necesitas un producto ya preparado claro de su misma marca que tampoco encuentras al menos aquí en México y cómo reemplazarlo? Sabe. Tampoco explica de dónde saca el bizcocho, una pérdida de tiempo para mí.

I was expecting to see a video of how the ingredients are mixed as I know it has to be done right. I thought that the texture, temperature of ingredients will be explained and shown in the video. Instead, it only shows the ingredients and then it shows when the cake is done. It didn’t show how it was made. Very disappointing.
