I made the brioche dough as taught in the video course, including the Key lime Cheesecake filling for the inside of the roll. I was inspired from the cinnamon roll David Cowcill‘s course. I made a keylime cream cheese icing. This is exquisite!

At one point, the whole scene became too funny not to capture… my husband stirring the ajvar in perfect rhythm with Balkan music. The spoon moved like a conductor’s baton, the ajvar bubbled like it was dancing, and I couldn’t resist filming it. Suddenly, our humble ajvar session looked like a dramatic scene from a movie about passion, fire, and paprika.
