@soldamiani You know, Sol, Yesterday, I came across an advertisement for a new Italian-American pastry course, and I was truly amazed. It feels like the perfect combination of the elements of my life — where my English and Italian souls meet. Especially now, when Italian cuisine has become part of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage. 😍
It is time to make some homemade mascarpone, just as shown in the Neapolitan Cuisine course – my forever favourite Scoolinary course. ❤-
