Pulpo with a vinaigrette and yellow Romesco Sauce.
Who would have guessed it was so difficult to get a black plate. Only plate I could find was a small rectangular slate plate.
Seeing as I am in Spain at the moment, it was fitting to grill some Pulpo on the BBQ. Got some yellow peppers and tomatoes ( to stand out more…
