I fried some potatoes this evening and seasoned them with rosemary in an innovative way. I roasted fresh rosemary and then, just like with basil for pesto, I crushed it in a mortar with sea salt. En mi caso he utilizado Baileys en lugar de Amaretto y bizcochos de soletilla en vez de bizcocho de chocolate.

I made the Blue Cheese Financiers from the Travel Cakes course by Eunyoung Yun! And my goodness, are they delicious! They completely blew me away with how good they were.
