    I fried some potatoes this evening and seasoned them with rosemary in an innovative way. I roasted fresh rosemary and then, just like with basil for pesto, I crushed it in a mortar with sea salt.   • I’ve made something amazing. Let me look through my photos to pick the best one. In the meantime, here’s a preview of the process. It doesn’t look like much, right? It contains glutinous rice flour, brown butter and Gorgonzola. That’s right, blue cheese! When I heard the ingredient list, I knew I had to make it.
