    Almejas a la marinera. Las hago desde siempre pues nos encantan en casa. Pero esta es otra forma de cocinarlas según Tony Botella en su curso Cocina al Vacio: Pescados,Mariscos y Crustáceos. Maravilla pura. Les he puesto un poquito de pimentón de la Vera😉. Feliz fin de semana

    Hoy probé a hacer esta ‘Milanesa de dorada con puré de brócoli y cebolla caramelizada’. En la receta original del curso de milanesas la hacen con lenguado. La verdad es que la combinación de sabores es muy rica. Os invito a que probéis a elaborarla. 🤗

    Interesante y delicioso conjunto de sabores. Esta vez he seguido la receta con las verduras propuestas, pero la próxima le añadiré coliflor y patatas, para tener un plato más voluminoso y completo.

    Here’s a mango lassi tart that didn’t make the cut at work. We went with a cheesecake version of this idea but I still love to make it. Most of the techniques here are in Saloman’s French pastry course. Mango and yogurt PC, mango curd and gelée. Cardamom/cinnamon whip. 😋

  • I’ve been craving a very specific salad from a restaurant that they call “Village Salad”. The ingredients are neatly arranged, with a giant piece of soft Danish feta on top. Luckily, it’s easy enough to make at home. Mine is not as neat as theirs, but it hit the spot. I had it with crispy cod fishcakes.
