    Hace un tiempo os traje un gazpacho emplatado en copas diferentes; hoy he querido ser más tradicional y lo puse en un plato acompañado de diferentes verduritas, como carpaccio de pepino, las semillas del tomate, cebolla frita y unos trocitos de piparra.

    La crema de champiñones y puerro es deliciosa, con maiz dulce quedó mucho mejor .. pero el color no ayuda para el emplatado, menos cuando es champiñon portobelo, topin de crunch de puerro dulce.. me quedó rica si !! Aunque no parece jejeje
