    Lleva hojas de espinacas Baby, mozarella, cerezas en trozos,un poco de cebolla, palitos de almendra tostada,mix de semillas y hojas de menta.

    Aliñada con una vinagreta hecha con aceite de oliva, miel de sulla y vinagre de módena.

    Mis naranjas de la china, quemadas por abajo en la cazuela, se me fue el santo al cielo y solo me di cuenta cuando empezó a oler a agarrado.salve solo lo de arriba y apenas tuve mermelada.

  • Khao Soi as an inspiration from the lesson. Since I am from India the mustard greens were also homemade, we do not have store bought here. The paste was made traditionally as well.
