A fresh and tasty salad. Sliced grilled bread, sliced grilled peach, red lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna fillet in oil, and basil. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
I used a square plate, but the plating was diamond-shaped, with the lines pointing toward one corner. The dish was served as pictured.
