    Buenos días. Chic@s. Os tengo que confesar que una de mis comidas preferidas son los woks. Y hoy he aprovechado para hacerme uno; con tallarines de arroz, solomillo ibérico, pasta de ajo, tomates cherry, ajos tiernos, aceite de sésamo, pasta de gochujang, hilos de chili y sésamo blanco.

    Tenia unas guindillas picantes secando para hacer un aceite, hoy lo he hecho y le he puesto romero, guindillas,y un ajo y lo voy a dejar macerar para que vaya absorbiendo todos los sabores.

    Lo utilizare para la pasta, y tengo en mente hacer una focaccia

    Todos los dias me acuerdo de mi abuela que ya no esta con nosotros, pero hoy he decidido hacer un bizcocho tal como ella me enseño. Fue quien me enseño a hacer mi primer bizcocho de limòn. Yo lo llamo Bizcocho de la abuela Gaspara.

    Ayer al mediodía preparé unos panes bao fritos, que rellené con un carrilleras guisadas al vino tinto, y lo acompañé con lechuga y salsa agridulce de nata y limón.

    Mu Shu Pork – one of the famous recipes from the Mandarin Restaurant in San Francisco. (Closed in 2006.) From the “Famous Dishes of the Mandarin” section of the book, “The Seventh Daughter” by owner Cecilia Chiang.

    They served them the American-Chinese way with wrappers to roll up the ingredients. I served the Chinese way – in a bowl over rice.
