Tras completar el curso «Croissants y Viennoiserie» del chef Antonio Bachour, me animé a ponerme a prueba recreando cinco de sus pasteles: los croissants sencillos y los de mascarpone y fresa, el pain aux raisins, el pain au chocolat y el rollo rocher.
Aún me queda mucho por mejorar, pero estoy muy contenta con el resultado de estos primeros intentos. Ha sido un reto muy divertido (¡y un poco loco!), y ya tengo muchas ganas de hacer más cursos y seguir mejorando mis habilidades en repostería.
After completing Chef Antonio Bachour’s “Croissants and Viennoiserie” course, I was inspired to challenge myself by recreating five of his pastries: the plain and strawberry mascarpone croissants, pain aux raisins, pain au chocolat, and the rocher roll.
There’s still plenty of room for improvement, but I’m really happy with how these first attempts turned out. It was a very fun (and slightly crazy!) challenge, and I’m already looking forward to taking more courses and continuing to improve my pastry skills.
