This is a fantastic result, Chef 👏 The choux look beautifully puffed, the chocolate coating is generous, and the caramel threads give the croquembouche real presence. For an even cleaner finish, I’d work on a slightly tighter, more even tower. What part challenged you most: the choux, caramel, or assembly?

Hi chef, just a bit challenging on the assembly since I only prepared just enough choux. But overall it was fun 😁
