Hi, I’m Danny. I’m currently a Software Developer and looking to move into the culinary world. I have recently started cooking with the intent on becoming a chef. My goal is to someday move to Austria from the Netherlands and become a hotel chef. Using Scoolinary, and loads of other resources, I hope to gain the skills necessary to accomplish this!

@soldamiani Focussing on some fundamental skills first. Did the fundamental kife skills course and the free pastas course already and made my first home made pasta last week which was really well received by the family! Also working trough Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Home Cookery course book to explore some different kinds of dishes and work with ingredients I have never even tasted before. So really working trough that. Really excited to keep cooking!
