Mis primeros éclairs. No han salido perfectos, pero espero que la próxima vez tengan mejor aspecto. Aunque seguí la receta, en el horno algunos decidieron que querían tener otra forma. Agradecería que alguien me dijera por qué ha pasado eso. Pero, en general, estoy contenta con ellos y están riquísimos. Los rellené con crema pastelera y cerezas reducidas, y los cubrí con una ganache hecha con esas mismas cerezas.
My first éclairs. They didn’t turn out perfect, but I hope they’ll look better next time. Even though I followed the recipe, in the oven some of them decided they wanted a different shape. I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me why that happened. But overall I’m happy with them, and they are very delicious. I filled them with pastry cream and reduced cherries, and topped them with a ganache made with those same cherries.
