¡Por fin ha llegado la temporada de albaricoques! 🧡No hay nada como ver un árbol cargado de frutos dorados. Siempre me recuerda que la buena comida empieza mucho antes de llegar a la cocina… empieza en el huerto, con ese aroma veraniego y la sencilla alegría de recoger algo perfectamente maduro. Ahora bien, ¿qué preparo primero: mermelada, tarta, tartaleta o helado? Sinceramente, ¡quizá tenga que hacerlas todas! 😄
