Great #FishChallenge entry, Chef Dilip! The whole seabass shows clean prep and the robata gives beautiful grill marks and smoky character; I’d add a touch more garnish or sauce to frame the plate without hiding the fish. How did you manage distance from the coals for even cooking? Strong work, keep sharing.
