Pescado peri peri colocado en la parte superior con salsa cremosa untada en el lado izquierdo y derecho. Verduras frescas dispuestas al lado del pescado con arroz sazonado debajo para darle altura y equilibrio. Acabado con microgreens y flor comestible para una presentación de alta cocina.

Peri peri fish placed on top with creamy sauce spread on the left and right side. Fresh vegetables arranged beside the fish with seasoned rice underneath for height and balance. Finished with microgreens and edible flower for a premium fine-dining presentation.
